WELCOME

We welcome all ages and abilities from complete beginners to established dancers at Acro Dance UK. Acro Dance UK brings together the knowledge, skills and experience needed to create an affordable form of competitive dancing, whilst maintaining excellent competition standards.

We believe that Acro Dance UK is great for everyone! Positive feedback from not only competitors but teachers too has shown that our competitions have had a positive impact on their business growth.

SET ROUTINES

From our 5 Up-Tempo and 5 Lyrical routines, dancers can select one of each of these pre-choreographed routines. The routines vary in difficulty with Dance 1 being the easiest and Dance 5 being the most challenging.

TEAMS

Enter this fantastic group dance section and compete against other teams. A highlight of the competition day.

DUOS

Team up with one of your dancing buddies and enter this super fun section where you perform to a set song and perform skills from a set skill list.
